The George™

Check-in Policy:

At check-in, The George™ will authorize, not charge, your entire stay's room and tax plus $50 per night for incidentals. Rooms being paid for by cash have an incidental hold of $100 per night. Your bank will typically place a hold on any authorizations including hotel authorizations. Funds put on hold by your bank cannot be used and will not be released for 72 hours or longer after your check-out date depending on the bank.  Please contact your financial institution for further clarification.

Age Requirement: Minimum check-in age is 21. Valid identification is required at time of check-in.

Check-in time: 3:00pm 

Check-out time: 12:00pm

Cancel by 3 PM local hotel time at least 2 days (48 hours) prior to arrival to avoid a 1 night(s) cancel penalty charge.  

We will make every attempt to accommodate room location requests. However, these requests are not guaranteed.

The hotel offers a limited number of connecting rooms in king to double/double configuration. Requests for connecting rooms must be made in advance, are subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and, if available, are assigned at check-in. To request a connecting or adjoining room, contact the front desk at the hotel directly prior to arrival day. The hotel will do its best to accommodate these requests, but cannot guarantee them.

Double occupancy is limited to two adults. Additional adults will result in added fees.

Parking Policy

Parking behind Cavalry Court is free of charge for all overnight guest. Click here to view our parking map.

Garage Parking

The parking garage, located behind the Star Cinema Grill movie theater, features premium parking that is FREE for Cavalry Court and The George guest and Century Square patrons only.

Please take note of reserved parking signs as these parking spaces are strictly enforced. Vehicles illegally parked may be cited or towed.

Valet Parking

Valet parking is available for all visitors and located in front of The George and Cavalry Court hotels.

Street Level Parking

Street-level parking is pay-to-park. You may pay for parking by texting clicking here or by using the machines.

Meters are located throughout the property with easy-to-use instructions on-screen. Once you’ve paid, enter you license plate number and no ticket will be given OR skip the line and pay with the T2 Mobile Pay on your phone where you will be asked to insert your license plate number. All meters are card only. Credit cards process faster than debit.

Sunday parking is FREE, all day.

Pet Policy: 

The George™ does not allow pets. Service animals are welcome. We follow the ADA's definition of a Service Animal: an animal specifically trained to perform a task for a disabled person. Disabilities include physical, sensory, psychiatric, intellectual, or other mental disabilities. Please note: Emotional Support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not considered service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.

A non-refundable guest room cleaning fee of $300 plus tax will be assessed for pets that do not fall under ADA guidelines.

Smoking Policy: 
Our hotel is 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee will be assessed for any guest room where smoking is found to have occurred.

Are there any additional fees at The George? 
There is a state cost recovery fee of $4.75 per room, per night.
