Website Accessibility
At Valencia Collection, we’re committed to making our websites accessible and easy to use for people with disabilities. Our development team uses software tools to evaluate our sites against the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. While the industry currently has no single regulated legal standard, we make a good-faith effort to follow these established guidelines.
We’ve tested our website to confirm it meets or exceeds WCAG 2.1 Level AA, using AXE, a leading third-party web accessibility evaluation tool. We also test periodically as we add or edit content, to make sure new material continues to meet current accessibility standards.
If you have questions, concerns, or encounter an accessibility issue on our website, please contact us: email info@valenciagroup.com or call 866.842.0100, including as much detail as possible about the page where the issue occurred. We’ll make every reasonable effort to resolve it promptly.
