ADA accessibility and guests with disabilities at The George™

At The George™, it’s important to us that our website is accessible and easy to use for all persons with disabilities.

When creating our website, our development team used software tools to identify web accessibility standards as outlined by the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA). While the industry is not operating from approved, regulated legislation, The George™ is committed to our good faith effort to follow the guidelines available.

Facilities for Guests With Disabilities

There are rooms at the hotel which are specially adapted for physically challenged guests. These rooms are in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Housekeeping Department can also provide raised toilet seats and shower chairs upon request.

Please direct your questions about The George's accessible facilities and services to the Front Desk or 979.485.5638 to ensure your requests are handled properly. The Front Desk is staffed 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
